“The care and attention with which he followed me are unique and exceptional…
Thank you again, Dr Maggi”
Over the years the face loses support and volume: tissues descend, and the jawline and neck lose definition. The Deep Plane facelift that Dr Maggi performs repositions the deeper tissues instead of pulling the skin, so the result stays natural and does not change your features. It is not right for everyone: at the consultation you decide together whether it is the right choice for you or whether there are better-suited alternatives.
Learn moreA sagging neck, vertical neck bands and a heavy area under the chin can be improved with a neck lift (platysmaplasty), often combined with a facelift. The right technique depends on the quality of your skin, fat and muscle, which is assessed at the consultation.
Learn moreBlepharoplasty can give a fresher, more rested look to the eye area. Excess skin can be removed from the upper eyelids, and bags and loose skin of the lower eyelids can be reduced, while keeping a natural appearance. The best technique is chosen according to your goals and your anatomy.
Learn more“[…] From my first consultation to the last check-up, I was struck by how closely I was followed at every stage of the process.”
In breast augmentation, "beautiful" matters more than "big". Volume and shape are chosen starting from your measurements, the quality of your skin and the structure of your chest, to obtain a breast in proportion with your body. The options are implants or, in suitable cases, fat grafting with your own fat: you discuss them together at the consultation.
Learn moreA sagging or deflated breast, especially in the upper part, after weight loss, pregnancy or by predisposition, is corrected with a mastopexy: the breast is lifted and reshaped, with or without implants. Everyone has different goals and anatomy, so the technique and the scars needed are defined at the consultation.
Learn more“After having two children in less than two years, I didn't think it was possible to look this good again.”
Liposculpture removes localised fat that does not respond to diet and exercise (abdomen, flanks, thighs, knees, arms, under the chin) and reshapes the body's contours. It is not a way to lose weight and does not remove excess skin: in that case a tummy tuck or a lift may be needed. At the consultation you choose together the technique best suited to you.
Learn moreA tummy tuck (abdominoplasty) removes excess skin from the abdomen and, when needed, repairs separated abdominal muscles (diastasis), often after pregnancy or major weight loss. It is different from liposuction, which only removes fat: if the problem is loose skin or the abdominal wall, liposuction alone is not enough. The two techniques are often combined.
Learn moreButtock fat grafting uses your own fat, taken with liposuction from areas where it is in excess, to give the buttocks more shape and projection. Dr Maggi places the fat only above the muscle fascia, never inside the muscle, and aims for proportion rather than excessive volume.
